  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for products or services that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • Process: To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of receiving the product or service. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Approval: Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by Optima Solar Systems.
  • Timing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  1. Cancellation Policy

  • Service Cancellation: You may cancel a service appointment or order before it is confirmed or scheduled. Once confirmed, cancellations may incur a fee.
  • Process: To cancel, contact us via email or phone at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or delivery.
  • Refunds for Cancellations: If a cancellation is approved, any prepaid amounts will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Services that have already been performed.
  • Shipping and handling fees.
